This policy explains how UGC Stage ("we", "us", or "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when creators, brands, and visitors use our website, mobile application, and related services.

1. Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, language, and account role.
• Creator or brand profile information, portfolio content, company details, service packages, and verification information.
• Project information, proposals, contracts, messages, deliverables, reviews, support requests, and dispute records.
• Transaction and payout records. Payment-card information is processed by approved payment providers and is not intended to be stored directly by UGC Stage.
• Technical information such as device type, IP address, app version, logs, and security events.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, match creators and brands, support projects and contracts, process and reconcile transactions, prevent fraud, provide customer support, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, improve the Platform, and communicate service updates.

3. Legal bases and consent

Depending on the activity, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or based on your consent. You may withdraw consent where applicable without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Sharing

We may share information with the creator or brand involved in a project; vendors providing hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, payments, or professional advice; authorities when legally required; and a successor in a legitimate business transfer. Vendors receive only the access reasonably needed to provide their service.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. We may preserve limited records after account deletion when required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and protect the Platform.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the information. No system is completely secure, and users must protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Children

UGC Stage is intended for adults able to enter binding commercial agreements. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the Platform develops. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means, and the effective date above will be revised.
