Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to UGC Stage, a marketplace that helps brands and content creators discover each other, agree project terms, exchange deliverables, and manage commercial collaborations. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter binding agreements and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping credentials secure, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. We may request identity, business, or payout verification.
2. Marketplace role
UGC Stage provides marketplace and workflow tools. Unless expressly stated in a specific agreement, creators provide services independently and brands purchase those services from creators. Each party remains responsible for its business, taxes, permits, representations, and legal obligations.
3. Offers and project terms
A project should state the scope, deliverables, price, timeline, revision expectations, usage rights, and other material requirements. A party must review and accept the final terms before work or payment. Changes should be documented through the Platform.
4. Prices, fees, and taxes
Creator offers start from SAR 50 and may vary. The exact project price and any applicable Platform, payment, or other charges will be shown before confirmation. Each user is responsible for taxes legally applicable to that user. UGC Stage currently does not accept live payments while production payment services are being prepared.
5. Content and intellectual property
Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to rights granted for operating the Platform. A creator grants the brand only the usage rights agreed for the completed project. Users must not upload content they do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful.
6. Reviews, delivery, and revisions
Brands must review deliverables within the stated review period and provide clear, project-related feedback. Creators must address revisions included in the agreed scope. Additional work or material scope changes may require a new price or agreement.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific project terms. Either party may submit relevant project records for dispute review. Outcomes may depend on work completed, compliance with the agreed scope, and applicable law.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, manipulation of reviews, or payment abuse.
- Harassment, discrimination, illegal content, malicious files, or infringement of another person's rights.
- Attempting to access other accounts, bypass safeguards, scrape protected data, or interfere with the Platform.
- Using the Platform to arrange unlawful activity or evade obligations arising from a project.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or address security and payment risks. Users may request account closure, subject to outstanding projects, disputes, transaction records, and legal retention duties.
10. Availability and liability
The Platform may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, UGC Stage is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for conduct of independent users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection process.
